He is the founder partner of the firm & has vast experience in various fields of Finance viz Audit, Taxation, project consultancy etc. He has expertise in formation & taxation of Trusts, Societies & NGO’s. He has also been on governing board of various societies & Trusts. He is also a licensed surveyor & has been the founder secretary of Institute of Surveyors & Adjusters (J&K Chapter). He is also an expert in direct taxation & pleads in appellate Tribunals. He manages the branch of the firm in Srinagar, J&K. He has qualified Certificate Course in Public Finance & Govt. Accounting from ICAI.

CA. SHALAY RAZDAN

Shalay is an honors graduate from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University. Prior to joining the firm, he has experience in working with various originations of repute such as Bharti Airtel Ltd., Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. & National Rural Health Mission. He is also a qualified Information system auditor (DISA). He has also completed Certificate course on Forensic Audit (FAFD) & Concurrent Audit conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & is trained on international financial reporting standards (IFRS) through ICAI. He has been elected to the executive body of J&K Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for three consecutive terms & has held the post of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary & Treasurer of J&K Branch of ICAI in the past. He has expertise in indirect Taxation & is consultant of various multinational Companies. He was a member of the State Audit Advisory Board constituted by Principal Accountant General (Audit) J&K

He is a Bachelor in commerce from University of Jammu. He has vast experience of more than 20 years in audit, assurance & Taxation. He has the experience of conducting Central Statutory Audits of Nationalized Banks & is an expert in TDS matters. He has also been a consultant for organizations of repute. He is a qualified information system Auditor (DISA) & also a certified Forensic Auditor (FAFD) from ICAI. He manages the branch of firm in Jammu.

CA. Vikas Purdhani

Vikas is a Bachelor in commerce, he also has vast experience in working at key positions in various corporate houses such as ICICI Lombard GIC etc at Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore. He holds vast experience in auditing & Taxation. He has also completed Certificate course on Concurrent Audit conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a licensed surveyor from Institute of Surveyors & adjusters of India. Vikas is an expert on Insurance matters. He is also the Past-Chairman of J&K Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Vikas is the incharge of the firm branch at LEH. He is a member of the State Audit Advisory Board constituted by Principal Accountant General (Audit) J&K and Ladakh.
